To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

We are required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals and may request verification at any stage. Acceptable documents typically include government-issued photo identification (such as CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.
The payment methods available for deposits are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Where available, Account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The operator reserves the right to process certain transactions in alternative currencies and apply conversion rates at its discretion. Applicable rates are displayed in the cashier prior to confirmation.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they are released as withdrawable funds. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, colluding with other users or engaging in arbitrage strategies specifically targeting promotional offers — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds and, where applicable, forfeiture of any winnings derived from such activity.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and being actively wagered at the time of the change, unless required for legal or compliance reasons.
All sports bets and casino game bets are subject to the Platform's specific game and sports-betting rules, which are available within each game or market. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at our discretion, including where a bet has been accepted in error or where we reasonably suspect manipulation.
Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation constitute the accepted price. In the case of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, we reserve the right to void the bet and return the stake.
In-play markets for cricket, football and other sports are provided for informational and betting purposes. Live odds fluctuate rapidly. We are not responsible for any delay between live match events and odds updates that may affect bet placement decisions.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game or sports market — including software errors, connectivity interruptions or data feed failures — we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No claims for winnings arising from confirmed malfunctions will be honoured.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity has occurred; (c) KYC documents are outstanding or unsatisfactory; or (d) the Account holder no longer satisfies the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures subject to outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. We will notify you at the email address on record before any administrative fees or account closure actions are applied to a dormant Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable governing jurisdiction.
